H.R. 1120: Shut Down the National Labor Relations Board Act

H.R. 1120: “Preventing Greater Uncertainty in Labor-Management Relations Act” passed the House on Friday, April 12, 2013 but will not become law. The bill shuts down the National Labor Relatioons Board, which is responsible for investigating private sector employee claims of abuse by their employers and runs union elections.
